We are very pleased with the quality of the window restoration work Ken Elms carried out on our period property, he rebuilt large areas of the wooden frames that had succumb to wet-rot. He was happy to work around our variable timetable and advised on costs and options prior to every stage of the work. He also kept us informed of how long each part of the job would take so we knew where we were at all times with both budget and timescale. We're pleased we chose to have our windows repaired rather than replaced as it has worked out much cheaper and they now look as good as new.

Ken refurbished 4 rotten wooden windows for me and has done a fantastic job at a reasonable price,the neighbours were so impressed they have asked ken to do their windows and door. Ken is very easy to get on with and must be the best at his business in this area!! Will definitely keep his number.

Ken is excellent. Great communication, very prompt attendance to quote. helpful interface with my tenants. Took his shoes off (old school) which the tenants loved. Above all made a knackered 1820 sash window in really poor repair look good and most importantly function really well. Gave me a basics price and a up spec price so the customer had choice. Cannot rate highly enough and I am a london property developer working in listed buildings so its nice to interact with someone who knows what he is doing. He is not cheap but not overly expensive. if you want a proper job buy Ken. He will be doing all my joinery to restore this lovely old house over the next few years.
