We specialise in bringing your sash  and windows back to their former glory by sympathetically repairing or replacing all working parts, cills and framework. We can re-balance and re-cord your windows to ensure they slide smoothly.

We can change sash pulleys , add sash fasteners, and window lifts.

As part of the refurbishment we can add parting and Staff beads with brushes to help draught proofing and rattling.

We can replace cracked panes and replace old putty if required.

There may be other bespoke carpentry work you need doing. Elmswood is a diverse company - just ask and we will probably be able to help you with other specialist work too.

We now provide and fit secondary glazing supplied by Extraglaze.
